About us

Ceremony Master is an open directory of independent celebrants for weddings, funerals, naming ceremonies and vow renewals. We started in the UK. The idea is simple: find someone who can write the day, or be found yourself, without joining a guild and without waiting for a person to approve you.

What we do

Couples, families and funeral arrangers search by ceremony and place, read a full profile, and enquire. Celebrants list themselves, publish when they are ready, and reply directly. Paid plans buy position and space on the page. They do not buy the right to exist here.

What we are not

We are not a professional association. We do not sell insurance, training or membership. We are not a party to your booking. The agreement is between you and the celebrant.

Sarah works with wedding venues, funeral directors, training providers and publications so Ceremony Master shows up where couples and families already look for help. She came into the role after years in UK wedding and consumer media outreach, where she got tired of directories that felt closed or guild-gated. Celebrant partnerships
