Privacy

We process account data (name, email, password hash, role), listing content celebrants publish, enquiries you send or receive, reviews, and billing identifiers if you pay through Stripe. Stripe is an independent controller for card data. We never see full card numbers.

Customer accounts exist so you can send enquiries and come back to them. Enquiries are stored so celebrants can answer them and so we can investigate abuse. We do not sell enquiry lists.

Marketing email is optional. We only send directory updates if you ticked the box when you created your account. You can ask us to stop using the contact form.

If Plausible is configured, it is cookieless audience measurement. If PostHog is configured, it records page views and join/claim events on the EU host. Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, is used to reduce spam.
