Partner terms

These terms apply when you list a venue or supplier on Ceremony Master. Celebrants use the separate celebrant terms. The site terms of use and privacy notice also apply.

What you are buying

Membership is a paid subscription for a published directory listing, partner dashboard access, media storage within the plan limits, and delivery of enquiries submitted through your listing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the join pages. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

Membership does not guarantee traffic, ranking, enquiries, bookings or revenue. Ceremony Master is a directory and marketplace listing service. We introduce visitors to partners. We are not a party to any contract you make with a customer.

Your listing

You own the copy and photographs you upload. You warrant that they are accurate enough not to mislead a couple or family, and that you have the rights to publish them. Confirm licensing before upload. Do not use images you do not own or have permission to use.

Keep capacity, location, pricing notes, ceremony suitability and contact details reasonably up to date. We may suspend or unpublish a listing that is spam, unlawful, impersonating another business, or repeatedly misleading. Suspension is not a refund of Stripe fees already collected.

Enquiries

Enquiries go to the contact email on your listing. We keep a copy for abuse prevention, delivery troubleshooting and partner reporting. You deal with the customer yourself. We do not take a booking fee or commission on hire or supplier work.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Manage or cancel in the partner billing portal. When membership is not active, your listing is not eligible to stay published. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded unless we say otherwise in writing for a specific case.
