Mary Greer

I am a Celebrant who pours love, creativity and 100% care and attention into every ceremony I create. I like to really get to know my couples, so I can understand and appreciate their individual personalities, how they interact with one another, their senses of humours and the journey that has led them to choosing to marry and spend the rest of their lives together.
I am very experienced, having created and conducted more than 75 ceremonies and I love nothing more than making sure each and every couple I work with has the ceremony they hoped for and dreamed of. My degree in English, coupled with my experience of working with families from across the world in my previous career in international schools, helps me to ensure that each and every couple's experience of working with me is fun, relaxed and stress free.
On the day of the ceremony I arrive early - I think of myself as the 'eyes and ears' of my bride and groom on their big day - so I like to make sure every little detail is exactly as they planned. I also like to have time to have a chat with with all involved and make sure everyone is relaxed, confident and comfortable with how the ceremony will unfold. I make sure the guests feel welcomed and involved in the joyful celebration and that the while event is magical and memorable.
